I frequently look back at my life and take inventory of my progress. When I remember the wrongs that have been done to me from bullying, deception, and disappointment to my kindness being taken for weakness, I want revenge. I want to go back and take a different approach to these offenses.
Then as my anger comes up with ways to “ pay back” others, I’m reminded of my offense to God, my family, my true friends, and those I’ve disappointed or taken for granted. Everyone’s story is not my story but if by any chance this touches your heart, remember God's grace toward you and allow God to minister to you. It will heal your vengeful heart as it did mine.

Whether you’re a Christian or not, revenge always costs and we all know the difference between right and wrong. I can truly say God paid me back, not with what I deserved but with His amazing grace.I choose to release that same grace to my offenders.
What will you do?
“Dearly beloved, avenge not yourselves, but rather give place unto wrath: for it is written, Vengeance is mine; I will repay, saith the Lord.” Romans 12:19 KJV
